Plantar Fascitis
Tightening and inflammation of the plantar fascia — the band of tissue running along the sole of your foot — causing pain and difficulty with everyday movement.
Cases are rising steadily due to modern lifestyle habits and poor footwear choices

Symptoms
Plantar fasciitis is becoming increasingly common due to lifestyle changes and inadequate footwear. The condition involves excessive tightening and stiffness of the fascia and muscles in the sole, restricting normal movement and causing pain that may worsen over time if left untreated.
Pain typically begins in the sole of the foot and can travel up into the calf depending on how tight the plantar fascia and surrounding muscles become. Symptoms are often worst with the first steps of the morning.
Mild to severe pain in the sole of the foot and calf
Difficulty or increasing pain when attempting to stand or walk
Worsening pain with rest, prolonged walking, or standing
Significant morning stiffness and pain with first steps that may ease with movement
